June 18, 2024: US Senate and House of Representatives primary.

- Early Saturday voting: Saturday, June 8 and June 15, 9-5, Registrar’s Office. SATURDAY, JUNE 15 LAST DAY TO VOTE BEFORE ELECTION DAY.
- ELECTION DAY: Tuesday, June 18; polls open 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM; Vote at your usual polling place. NO ELECTION DAY VOTING AT THE REGISTRAR’S OFFICE.
November 5, 2024: President; Vice-President; Senate; House of Representatives. Early voting starts September 20

EARLY VOTING
Early voting, in-person, starts 45 days before each election day. Sometimes, the 45th day falls on a weekend, in which case early voting will start the Friday before the 45th day. For example, for the June 18, 2024, primary election, 45 days before June 18 is Saturday, May 4, therefore, early voting starts on Friday, May 3.
Early voting also takes place on the two Saturdays immediately preceding election day.
The last day for early voting is always the Saturday before election day on Tuesday.
Early voting takes place for every primary and general election. There may not be early voting for special elections because special elections sometimes occur on short notice. Special elections are rare.
IMPORTANT: Early voting is at the Registrar’s Office, 45 Back St., Heathsville, across street from Primis Bank. ON ELECTION DAY, there is NO voting at the Registrar’s Office — ALL VOTING ON ELECTION DAY IS AT YOUR HOME PRECINCT, listed below.
